An unknown online player, Dominik Panka, has beaten a tough field and won the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure 2014 Main Event and over $1.4 million in prize money.
Panka became the first Polish poker player to win a European Poker Tour event and made history. He is a virtual unknown in the poker world. However, his poker skills give away the fact that he is a seasoned online poker player who has managed to remain anonymous, keeping his online poker name a secret.
The $10,000 buy-in event attracted 1,031 entries, generating a massive prize pool in excess of $10 million.
